How the list is built

Every name comes from our weekly most mentioned board, so it already has real volume among the accounts we track. We rank each one on three things: how fast its mentions grew, how bullish the posts were, and its 0 to 100 signal score, which gives more weight to accounts with a better track record (the best are on our leaderboard). Recent insider buys and Congress trades are noted under the name. A low count means thin coverage among the accounts we track, not that nobody is talking about the stock.

The same read, every day.

This page changes once a week. The Quantral app ranks posts from the same accounts every day and gives each company a 0 to 100 score with a plain-English reason. Open any name to read the posts behind its score and see how the accounts making the call have done before.

Quantral top signals list with scored companies like Sandisk 92, NVIDIA 90, and Micron 89, each with a short explanation.

“Wish I found this sooner”

I check it with my morning coffee instead of doomscrolling X for an hour, and I've stopped taking tips from accounts that turned out to be wrong most of the time. Caught two moves last month I would've completely missed.

“Brilliant”

Definitely worth the subscription. In this day and age things move fast in the markets, tracking sentiment in social spaces is a stronger indicator now more than ever. This app can definitely help give you an edge.

“Very intuitive to use”

The signal strength calculation makes it very easy to quickly find good stocks to keep an eye on. Good to keep as an extra tool on your portfolio.

“Great Tool”

Love scrolling this each morning before markets open and also throughout the day

Questions, answered

We start from the names the accounts we track mentioned most in the week that just ended, so every name here already has real volume behind it. Each one is then ranked three ways: how fast its mentions grew against the week before, how far bullish posts outnumber bearish ones, and its 0 to 100 signal score. The three ranks are added up and the lowest total leads. The most mentioned name of the week always stays on the list.

Once a week, every Monday, when the week that just ended is added to our weekly mention board. Between Mondays the list stays as it is, dated to its as-of date.

No. It shows where the conversation among the accounts we track is heading, not what anyone should buy. A name can be here because bears are loud about it. Public data, scored. Not financial advice, do your own research.

It is the reason the name made the list, written from the numbers only: how its mentions moved week over week, a lopsided bull or bear split, a signal score at either end of the scale, and any insider purchase or Congress trade filed in the two weeks before the as-of date.

In the Quantral app. This page is a weekly snapshot; the app ranks the same accounts’ posts every day, with the score, the reason behind it and the posts it came from for each company.
